Facilitation

Have you ever multiplied the number of people in a meeting times their hourly rate?

Do your meetings get an adequate return on your company’s investment?

If you have answered no to either  of these questions, we have a system to help you assess, plan, deliver and monitor your meetings . You can be assured on a positive return on investment for each and every meeting.

We work with your to make sure:

  1. There is a need for a meeting
  2. Meeting objectives and desired outcomes are clear
  3. The meeting is well facilitated so as to fully engage stakeholders and achieve the intended outcomes
  4. Any commitments made in the meeting are documented and a plan is in place to monitor and measure the outcomes.

We break the work into three phases to plan your meetings

1. Plan the agenda

As a rule of thumb the time spent planning the meeting is at least half, if not equal to, the time in the meeting.  We want the agenda to be that good. We work with you to understand your goals and objectives and make sure the right people will be in the meeting with the information they need to make the decisions that are required. We discuss room set up, supplies, menu, and other incidentals. We pay attention to the big and small details that contribute to a successful outcome.

2. Facilitation

Here is where the rubber meets the road.  We use a variety of methods to generate discussions and to engage stakeholders. We keep the energy up and participants engaged.

3. Documentation

We provide accurate documentation within days of the meeting. Most importantly, we identify next steps and who is responsible for those steps.
