We break the work into three phases to plan your meetings
1. Plan the agenda
As a rule of thumb the time spent planning the meeting is at least half, if not equal to, the time in the meeting. We want the agenda to be that good. We work with you to understand your goals and objectives and make sure the right people will be in the meeting with the information they need to make the decisions that are required. We discuss room set up, supplies, menu, and other incidentals. We pay attention to the big and small details that contribute to a successful outcome.
Here is where the rubber meets the road. We use a variety of methods to generate discussions and to engage stakeholders. We keep the energy up and participants engaged.
We provide accurate documentation within days of the meeting. Most importantly, we identify next steps and who is responsible for those steps.
